When Super Meat Boy Forever is viewed as its own entity, it is a charming game with plenty of content to go around that would satisfy any die-hard one-more-try gamer for many a night. All the pieces are there and the changes made are well thought out and implemented to a nearly flawless degree. However, what bogs the game down the most is the legacy of the brand, almost by default alienating it into the shadow of its former self.
